I really enjoyed TSC. I think it helps if you’ve listened to the Athletic Mince podcast though as you can definitely see correlation between characters from that in the book. You then start to read it in the voice of the podcast characters which for me made it funnier.

I’m only up the road from you. If I went to my local it’s be about £6 but generally drink in the cricket club (summer) and footy club (winter) and £5 is top whack for any beer. (Though its £2.50 a pint where I am in Turkey now 👍🏻)

Originally from Stockton but been down in Sussex for almost 20 years (via Leeds, Birmingham & Watford). Mainly away games for me but still get to a few home games when I’m up to visit my mam! My boy is 9, a little southerner but absolutely Boro daft - he gets ribbed something rotten at school...
