    Hi mate, brother looking to remortgage after coming off 5yr fix. Hes got 38%LTV and 50K left over 15 yrs. Currently with HSBC. With no fees and staying with them 4.19% fix over 5 yrs. Is there any better 5yr fixes with no fees?

    Was with BT broadband for years and got the sales pitch to move to EE broadband as same company (faster speed, slightly better price).     Looking to go with family May 2023 and putting feelers out for accommodation. Any board members any recommendations? Ideally a villa as would have hire car. Initial look for 14 days coming out at ~$200 a day for 4 bedroom villa. Stayed in davenport 2015 so doesn't have to be right on parks...

    Hopefully flying out end of this month. Wife and I double vaccinated , kids 16 and 8. What is required going out and coming back? A few grey areas depending on what you read. Was hoping someone been out to Spain/balearics recently and knows craic. Flying with EastJet.
