I dont like changing manager, it rarely improves things and you lose momentum which is why I have wanted Carrick to stay but after today's awful effort I have to say his time must be up, he just does not look like he can improve use beyond playing this flat and stale football

That is the crux of it. Getting a new manager rarely actually improves anything which is why I would prefer to stick when possible. Must admit though we do not seem to be improving under Carrick so it is a tough call.
