My understanding is that this Government was elected on the basis of change. I am certainly not celebrating the fact that people will lose jobs but if we are to make an honest attempt at getting the NHS back on it's feet then sadly for those involved the billions wasted on bloated back office...

This should have been done years ago to the bloated public service. More money for the front line in all services is a good thing.

I think you have hit the nail on the head there. "Lots of people doing very similar jobs". Symptomatic of the public service in my experience.

What a refreshingly honest and accurate assessment from the man who actually speaks to potential developers and investors in Boro. No sugarcoating just plain honesty. Some on here will no doubt tell us it is safe but we have it from the horses mouth that it isn't.
