Got rid of FB and LinkedIn about a month ago. Haven’t used X or Insta for a really long time. So I’m just left with “faceless” social media like this and YouTube. I’ve not missed all the one up man ship on FB and LinkedIn, so I’m loving being free so far.

I was diagnosed with GAD nearly 13 years ago - I’ve never met anyone with the same diagnosis. I haven’t got any words of wisdom at all, other than to say that I too have “flashbacks” under some circumstances where even in low pressure environments my anxiety is uncontrollable.

I got the metro and train from Central Station to Darlo a couple of weeks ago, then picked up at Darlo. I reckon it took pretty much the same time as a taxi would have been, but cost £10 instead of £90. Would defo do that again.

I had it for a year or so before COVID when I was running lots of miles. During the lockdowns, not being able to run with others diminished my desire to run. The rest seemed to deal with the plantar fasciitis.
