    Club Crest Workshop

It would be nice to think so, although if they did do a vote I'd probably still always be suspicious of the outcome, much like the stadium name vote where I'm yet to meet anyone who actually voted for the 'Riverside Stadium'. #steve'llfixit

Let's see your 2024 Spotify wrapped FMTTMers!

I should point out I just use the free version so no real say in the most played songs as it depends on what comes up.

What do you dislike about Christmas?

Love everything about Christmas, the traditions and routine. I especially love Christmas dinner and taking the day itself at our own pace, not being too restrictive with timings, things happen when they happen. This year I dislike the amount of Boro home matches in quick succession. I do love a...

Do you suffer range anxiety for the battery on your mobile phone?

I suffer more from cookies anxiety with someone else in the house finding my phone lying around and discovering the truth about my browsing history and some of the dubious hot milf websites I've been directed to after clicking on the adverts on here.

    MFC MARKETING TEAM

Classic short term thinking in locking in existing season ticket holders at the expense of attracting new customers. However, they'll be screwed a few years down the line when the twenty somethings are spending their Saturday afternoons posing down the local gym* after splashing out on gym...

Carrick’s instructions in the second half

Gilbert was the man for that 10 role last night but perhaps the opportunity came a bit too soon for him after coming back from injury. If he'd been on the bench for a few games beforehand then perhaps he'd have got the nod.

Red Faction??? Was there a boycott?

I could be way off, but could the bans be related to the incident involving going onto the side of the pitch to take a banner to the away fans that was mentioned on here a while back? I seem to remember some chat on here about the Bristol City home match and some supporters encroaching on the...

    * The Unofficial "Official" Middlesbrough v Blackburn Rovers [11/24] Match-Day thread *

I thought a draw would have been fair, neither side did enough to win it for me.

Red Faction??? Was there a boycott?

They've been brilliant for the club and certainly helped brighten the mood during the doldrums of the Strachan years. I would love them to come back. However, the fact they are not there supporting the lads now tells you all you need to know about them (putting themselves before the club)...

    Steve Cooper

I know performances will likely be the main factor, but I do wonder if some of it is linked to his after match comments too. He was blaming dodgy ref decisions again, he went down that route at Forest too. Some people would think that's not a good look and reflects badly on the club.

    New TV Screen Options

Same, I never like a TV to dominate a living room and have never gone beyond 42" and even going that big was reluctantly. However it seems like this size is now deemed small, as you struggle to see many options for TVs that are much smaller than this when browsing. I dread needing a new TV now.

    Premier league ref David Coote

To be fair anyone who is going to be hugely successful in football needs to have that ruthless streak. You need that inner steel and sometimes that can include being nasty on occasions.

Agree with all of that in that it does stretch the play and allows him more space (I also think with McGree in the side he gets the ball moving more quickly), but I still thik the other points I raised are relevant

I would disagree, it's not just his shooting that's improved it's his speed of thought/decision making. Earlier on in the season even though he was still creating the odd chance (that we were missing), he was also wasting good opportunities with powder puff shots from decent areas. Whilst he...

    Lennie Lawrence

As I remember it, he was mates with Sir Alex Ferguson and so asked Gibson what the plan was after he was sacked as he wanted the best for the club. He then used his personal relationship with Sir Alex to start the ground work for us with getting Robbo in.

Hackney red card why no thread

I think he did win the ball on the second one but then followed through with his studs up. My understanding is winning the ball is irrelevant in the rules these days if the tackle is reckless or with excessive force. Where are these match highlights as I need to see the tackles back, I'm sure...

Hackney red card why no thread

I haven't seen it back but the first booking seemed a bit harsh to me. It was a foul but at the time I didn't think it was a booking. Second one looked a bit reckless as he seemed to completely leave the ground and had his studs up. I'd need to watch them back though as I'm only going on the one...
