I don't think anyone is disputing the law as it stands. Some of us think it isn't applied in a fair and equitable way.

Not being funny Jonny, but I think you may have misunderstood the bar for reasonable suspicion. 4 out of 5 times the suspicion is unfounded. To my mind that means the test is not being applied properly.
