    Chuba Akpom

Forss took a big whack on the shin, he was hobbling a bit and had ice on his shin when he came out to clap the fans on 90. It was the right thing to take him off, but unfortunate that we had no reasonable options. Maybe 19 year old Kavanagh would have been a better option than 17 year old Sonny...

Maybe, although I thought the forearm in Lenihans throats was a bigger foul.

impeding is a fair term, like I said I was about 8-10 foot away, he definitely impeded him

That is shocking - ref comments to wilder

his hand is on the keeper, so he's interfering with him, it's a foul. I was about 8-10 foot from it as it happened, the perfect view, I saw exactly what happened. The images and text is simply telling you what I was perfectly positioned to see. Steffen wasn't able to jump to his normal...

no but he has had his shoulder held down, try jumping with someone holding your shoulder down. If he's not impeding him why have his hand on his shoulder?

    Stonemasons at the Riverside

he's last on the list, but why on the list? Because he's the only person to score a hattrick on their prem league debut, he is the only Boro player to score at Wembley, he is the only Boro player in 84 years to score 30 goals (league and cup) in a top flight season. He doesn't have the longevity...

That is shocking - ref comments to wilder

any contact on the keeper prior to getting the ball is automatically deemed a foul, what makes this more rediculous is that the player contacted hte keeper but didn't even go for or attempt to go for the ball. I will say this though, our defenders should have protected our keeper better...

Next statue should be Camsell absolutely. After that take your pick from these and build the avenue of legends around this: Jack Charlton, Bruce Rioch, Bryan Robson, George Elliot, Willie Maddren, Tony Mowbray, Joseph Desire-Job, Bolo Zenden, Gareth Southgate Then on to: Steve McClaren, Mark...

    QPR - Shithousery Mastery

To be fair they had no choice but to perform sh!thousery. We were playing them off the park at that point and if they tried to play toe-to-toe and fair we'd have battered them. It's a bit embarrassing for a home team to be 3-0 but then spend 45 mins behaving that way though. It doesn't bode...

Dijksteel's 'goose' looks cooked to me...(bench warmer back up)

He was one of our best players against West Brom, but he was terrible this week. The thing with defenders is they have to be at least 7 out of 10 every week, not every other week

Dijksteel's 'goose' looks cooked to me...(bench warmer back up)

Dijksteel isn't a CB, he's a CDM who got shifted to RB by charlton, RWB by us then emergency RCB

    Akpom or Watmore

Akpom has played fairly well the last 2 games, not sure he'll score more than 7 in a full season mind, but he will work his bollox off, get us up the pitch and create for others. As a 4th or 5th choice he's decent

Dael Fry should be the first name on the team sheet.

oops, I thought he was a year younger, well he's fooked then if he can't make it now :P Seriously though, he's a decent player, just not as good as the hype, CBs are probably the outfield role that matures the latest, because you have to have the physicality to compete, and that tends to come...

Dael Fry should be the first name on the team sheet.

He was 18 5 years ago, even a year ago I would have classed him as very much still learning. He had some troubles last season, his consistency was all over, great for 3 weeks then a stinker. I still think in a back 3, he has to be in there, until we get a new LCB

    Hannibal & Choudhury

agreed, we were weak out of possession. Howson was over run because McGree isn't the most physical and Crooks lumbers back, he's too big to play 8 and be a good defensive player in open play, too much weight to drag around the pitch. He could play it as a 4 because he would be constantly goal...

Yes Dijksteel was culpable for the first and third, Izzy was involved in all 3

    Jorgen Strand Larsen

Seems a good kid, hasn't pulled a Yakubu and won't pull a yakubu. His ambition is clear, he feels he's done all he can at Groningen, and wants that next move up, is grateful to them, but really wants to move on. Perfect English too, he clearly doesn't want to go somewhere and sit on the bench...
