Riley McGree vs Lionel Messi

Argentina look a bit underwhelming to me. Set pieces may win this for the aussies. Did I see a possession stat of 80% for Argentina and not a proper chance yet.

Australia been the better side so far.

After 10 minutes defending.

They have realised that Messi barely runs out if possession so their defence can just play it about at the back.

Thought McGree switched off and lost Messi for the goal.
Mind you he's hardly the first.

Or spend that money on a position we actually need filling.
Unless we plan on selling Fry.
Clarke might be a bit more longterm than we know about? How many 'true' centre backs do we have to play in a back 4 after Fry and Lenihan?

Not many, but I don't think either deserve dropping and you don't spend £5m on somebody you're not putting in your starting 11 at this level.
