Rob Edwards

From all the names linked I hope we go for Corboran.

O’Neil can F-Off and stay in his beloved south and Edwards is very underwhelming.

Just heard about the sacking in the last 10 minutes, that teach me to have a mobile free day.
Edwards can f**k off that's how I feel.
Just wait for cooper to become free it has a beautiful symmetry about it.

Maybe we need an ‘underwhelming’ appointment. Wilder came with massive expectations, it was always going to be difficult.

Steady Eddy to set us on an even keel so we can fly under the radar.
No we don't. Woodgate was an underwhelming appointment. Don't want another thank you.

I can't believe we're going to end up with Rob Edwards. A complete snake of a man in the way he left Forest Green, scraped over the line to get promotion from L2, and shown he was completely out of his depth at Watford. People will say he had no time etc, but plenty of things I read from fans while he was their manager was that he looked like he didn't have a clue.

I'd really like Corboran out of the names mentioned but there's no way we have the players to play his Huddersfield system. Edwards underwhelming, GON can do one and stick his 4 Iron up his A**e. Would love Leo to lead us to the Premier League but that's dream world stuff.

As an aside Corboran had an inferior win % ratio with Huddersfield than Mowbray, Monk, Pulis and Wilder had at Boro.

A very outlandish thought. Leo as manager and Aitor as first team coach. Granada wouldn’t be pleased. Oh I’ve woken, must have had a strange dream…

Now people might see why I have such an issue limit ourselves to non in job managers.
I fully agree but are we in a position where we could attract a manager good enough that already has a job? Is our job that desirable? I don't think it is. We're not a PL club any more. What would be so appealing? It wouldn't be the requirement to work with a DoF or having no transfer fees to spend while the club are selling key players.

If Gibson didn't have that policy who could we realistically attract?

Finding it all pretty depressing to be honest.
The last few years have not been good.
I had high hopes for Wilder and loved the way we started under him.
He'd totally lost his way though so his sacking was inevitable.
Whoever we get next will have a very difficult job trying to turn things around.
