Sat listening to Now 80s on TV and the first single I ever bought was played, Adam Ant, Kings of the wild frontier, I know yes 😩 I was 15 and thought it was a good idea at the time.
What was the first record/cd you bought, or with youngsters these days will likely have been downloaded.

I think that it might have been Psychocandy but I could be wrong about that. It was a long time ago.

I think I was bought a shakin stevens lp for a birthday present when I was about 10.’

I think the first album I bought off my own back was either now 3 or the works by queen.

First Single was hole in my shoe by Neil. First proper one that wasn’t a joke record two tribes by frankie goes to Hollywood.

Going to see them tonight in TO.
Last saw them 40 years ago on their ”Farewell Tour“ in 1982 at Maple Leaf Gardens.
