I think he’ll be gone tonight

He commented yesterday in his Media Conference, not for the first time, that he has 18 months left on his contract.
I believe we stick with him.

Wilder is not a bad enough manager to sack, the team isnt getting the results at present and we are low in confidence but the attitude to just get rid is worrying, so we sack wilder give it to whoever, he starts OK, gets linked with another Job, doesnt comment immediately, get him out, then form dips and we start to dislike him more, get him out, new manager and here we go again!

Wilder has a CV thats states he is a good manager, we need to stick with him, granted its not great at the moment but we need to at least wait till Christmas/New year before we think about moving him on, plenty of football to be played and we know this team can before and the first 11 is stronger than last years 11 IMO, we have to get the confidence back in the team and get a settled 11 to help build an understanding!

I think it’s 60/40 wilder/boards fault.

I think whoever we bring in won’t give us success with Scott and bausor. But wilder still SHOULD be getting alot better of a tune out of this squad, and his inability to adapt a different formation with the squad he has albeit probably not the squad he wanted pre season but it still has a lot of good players, I thought we’d have the best defence/wingbacks in the league going into this season and them players are still there.

I think if warnock was backed before the season he left we would of got us in the play offs, I think if wilder was backed properly pre season this season we would. But any manager worth his salt would be doing a lot better than we are currently.
