Wilder Rumours

Well the fact a baseless rumour made up by someone who was bored at the end of last week, ends up in the press and will formulate questions due to that won’t influence Wilder at all

Come on…..
I'd say it wasn't baseless when you have national and well respected journalists writing about it. We are going round in circles on this thread, but do you honestly think journalists at that level get their stories from fan message boards or some sap on twitter? They have their sources and contacts, who will all be involved in the professional game.

Pretty much every post on this thread is ‘I’d expect’, ‘my guess would be’, ‘apparently’, ‘I presume’, ‘I’ve heard’, ‘reading between the lines’, and ‘from an outsider looking in’.

The only statement that matters is the one Wilder made around 4 weeks ago.

I’m not interested in the Bournemouth job. I’m Middlesbrough manager and I’m focused on my job here.

Business as usual.

Sick of all this, let's just concentrate on the football, if results don't improve he will be going anyway.
C'mon Boro

One poster may even be Steve Gibson, or maybe even Chris Wilder 🤨
No. Pretty sure that isn't the case. And I am not suggesting they read the forum either. Am sure they are far too busy. But yes, they might well look sometimes or they might well be told about it sometimes. It is in the public domain, it isn't private. Words have consequences.

I bloody hope they are aware of sentiments.
Especially Gibson.

Maybe it's just me but if I was a manager or a player it would take incredible self-discipline not to read forums etc - they aren't exactly hard to find.
