Maybe they are being cautious with the allocation requested, having taken far too many for Stoke away (again, who thought we would take 2600 to Stoke midweek?).

Think we took 2600 last season.
170 points for Coventry, 140 for Blackpool.
Who makes these decisions?

I suppose you could argue it's partly because it's a smaller allocation.

Blackpool was much higher demand but nearly twice the allocation.

I still think they messed up the Blackpool one, though I'm sure loads of tickets will be available for the rearranged fixture now.
If it's mid-week, which I'd expect, plenty won't be able to go.

We didn't take 2600 to Stoke. Someone reported that incorrect figure on here. I did know the precise figure which I recounted at the time but it was something just less than 1400 sales.

Sorry let me rephrase, who though we would need an allocation of 2600 for Stoke midweek, i.e. who hugely overestimated demand and asked for such a large allocation.

Whatever number, just simply the best away support ever amazing by all concerned.
Fans are brilliant

This will be their first home game of the season with the pitch debarcle, so maybe expecting a big home turnout, but -
a) is the game going ahead?
b) will it be like playing on a farmers field?

Last season at Coventry, we got an initial 2000 tickets which sold out. We then got an extra 900 tickets and in the end sold 2649
