Ukraine launched a major offensive last night.

Was told earlier today. Now reported in the media.
Bridges destroyed, 109th PRD scuppered, Murmansk Paratroop regiment took massive hit.
20,000 155mm grenades launched plus 100 Himar launched GMLRS and air assault from Ukraine air force.

Massive Russian losses.

I doubt they will press on. They will probably pause and re-group. They have already killed several of the shill government officials. This stuff is really grim. One video I saw was littered with human remains (Russian). Can't unsee it. But progress will be very slow until October.

Ukraine IS different. It is in Europe, it has created a huge influx of refugees unseen on this continent since 1945 and it is just the latest and most brazen attempt by Putin to re-establish a "Soviet"/Russian hegemony on our eastern borders. As he views the Baltic States and other countries like Finland as potential spheres of influence it is important that he is stopped this time.

But then you knew that didn't you?

I think you know, it's if you want to provoke a discussion on what happens in other countries and 'value of life' for a black skinned person and a white one, you probably already have a consensus that the media and government treat people differently and it's not right. It isn't right that palestinians are murdered by israeli soldiers and its painted as 'terrorists' getting their dues and Israelis protecting their country, it isn't right that the Saudi's bomb Yemen with bombs made here. It isn't right that there isn't an open and honest media covering this.....but none of that is relevent to what is happening in ukraine.

Because if it's a friend in the forces then they could get into trouble.

Just a word of warning he or she really shouldn't be sharing stuff like that with you before it hits the media.

I have a friend quite high up in the ranks of the RAF and I've cheekily asked him about stuff before and he's always said he couldn't tell me anything even if he wanted to. He doesn't even discuss certain things with his own family.
