Derby , again

Final decision about the tax will be down to HMRC , not what the club offers . With millions of people on the breadline no way will they be allowed to not pay millions in tax .

I hope you're right, but I fear otherwise. There's one rule for us...

Right - what's the latest, then? There was talk of an announcement on Thursday, then Friday, and today is both their final game of the season and the end of Kirchner's exclusivity period. What's next? When do they run out of money?

rumours of a ground share with Stoke.

still no deal with Wycombe Wanderers.

Mel still owns the training ground.

fans saying theyre not leaving the ground after the game until Mel relents !!!
Mel doesn't own the training ground as such. The club lease the land from the Loco estate but morris owns the facilities...... Just to confuse it more.

Latest story is that Morris has gone into hiding and isn’t talking to anyone about the ground. Kircher’s preferred bidder status ends today so it’s all back to square one to some extent.

And yet there’s still a thread on their message board where they continue to blame Steve Gibson! 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Mel playing hard ball - he wont give em the ground back - fans threatening to do 'im in.

As thousands of fans on here and of most other clubs suspected was the case all along.

Will Derby County supporters hold their hands up and apologise for the bile aimed at Gibson and Boro - I wouldn’t hold your breath.

And will the Boro fans who bought into their nonsense come out and hold their hands up too. There were a few on here.

there certainly were some that embarrassed themselves. I always trusted Gibson's judgement on this, from the initial concerns about selling the ground, to the amortisation of Derby players, the compensation claims and ultimately the reason why Derby were still in administration. Gibson was on the right side, throughout this whole debacle and those who questioned his behaviour or motivation should be ashamed if they have any self respect.

I don’t think Steve Gibson would have got himself involved if he wasn’t privy to this kind of underhand behaviour Morris had done.

The lazy journalists who swallowed the Quantuma/Morris PR campaign against us and Wycombe should be held to account too - but I’m not holding my breath there either.
