Wonder how the direct Aussie public will respond to him on the court for an anti vaxxer
But surely the most anger will be for why was he attending events 1 and 2 days after testing positive for COVID back in November ?
Good luck mate đź‘Ť

So it's not just our government who couldn't organise a **** up in a brewery then?

I've always tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. I don't think his on court behaviour is anywhere near as bad as people make it. Can actually be very sporting at times. More so than many others. But mixing in public knowing he had it? Bell end.

Sporting when things are going well certainly. And that’s most of the time. ScMo is on borrowed time in Australia - rather like his mate BoJo

He's certainly not out of the woods (or quarantine) yet.

Think he was already going to be detained despite the result and his father would be jumping up and down. Did you see that toad Nigel Farage has joined the family in some sort of crusade! I mean a man who has spent the last 15 years of his life wanting to deport Eastern Europeans! The irony!!!

a man demanding our right to control our own borders, complains when Australia control their own borders?! Mental gymnastics by him is gold medal worthy

That’s just it though — he most likely didn’t have it but it was just a ploy to get exemption.

It ain't Novax fault that the Aussies rules are stupid.
Of course he should be booted out but he complied with their requirements which is why the judge had no option but to side with him.
Utter shambles.......... look familiar?
The very fact that he mixed freely when he knew he was +ve makes him a pariah but when you do what's asked of you from his point of view he's done nothing wrong in Oz.

From what I've managed to read so far the judge said he hadn't been given enough time between having his visa frozen(?) and having his visa revoked.

Apparently there was a legal process to follow and the authorities didn't do it properly.

He has been released on a technicality - whether he has fully complied with the vaccine regulations hasn't, as far as I'm aware, been discussed in court.

The fact that the guy tested positive and hours later was mixing with people unmasked makes him a complete and utter bell end IMHO. He's entitles to his views, he's entitled not to get the vaccine if that's his position but the purposely then go mixing with people having tested positive is sh!thousery of the highest level.

Personally I think that's all a lie to try and claim he was therefore not a danger.
