Vikings (AP) 9/10
The Boys (AP) 10/10
The last man on earth (AP) 8/10
Walking Dead (AP) ranges from 10/10 to 4/10 !

I don’t know if you have access to Apple TV but Ted Lasso is really good, an NFL coach gets the job as a Premier League manager, he knows very little about football, it is a good watch and great humour.

Squid game (N) 9/10
You (N) 8/10
Kingdom (N) 8/10
The Sinner (N) 8/10
Mindhunter (N) 9/10
Narcos (N) 9/10
Dead to me (N) 8/10
Cobra Kai (N) 10/10
Shadow and Bone (N) 7/10
Sweet Home (N) (8/10)
Alice in Borderland (N) 8/10
Black Summer (N) 8/10
Back to Life (N) 8/10
Midnight Mass (N) half way through 9/10
Sons of Anarchy (N) 8/10
Ozark (N) 9/10
Schitts Creek (N) 9/10
Dark (N) 9/10

Your scoring seems to be within a very narrow band 😂

I'll second Ted Lasso. I'm midway through the second series .. Started watching Foundation on Apple TV too (deviates from the books in a big way but three episodes in and although a little slow, has promise)

Also currently watching Squid Game and Black Summer (zombies) on Netflix ..

One to look out for next month is The Wheel of Time on Amazon .. a 16 book fantasy series and Amazons first shot at their own "Game of Thrones" epic before "Lord of the Rings" comes next year

No-one mentioned the umbrella academy or stranger things yet I don't think? So both of those, two of the best things I've seen on Netflix.

Making a murderer.

There was a good drama about OJ Simpson with David Schwimmer in it, can't remember what it's called though.

Rick and Morty is genius at times, takes a lot to make me LOL (being a miserable sod that I am).

I was recently enjoying Justified on prime, but seems they lost the licence to it as I was halfway through series 2. Which was pretty annoying!

My words of advice:

Disregard any recommendations made by a person who has also recommended Squid game or Money Heist.

Squid Game is great until you actually think about it in the slightest - and then you realise the plot has more holes than a colander and it becomes utterly preposterous. The "twist" at the end (which I easily guessed in the marbles game episode, due to a certain unwritten rule of TV and movies) is ridiculous and annoying. By the end of the final episode I was quite angry that my time had been wasted.

Absolutely LOVED The Fall, which was mentioned in the opening post. The third series is a bit of a stretch, but the first two were outstanding and very creepy.

I'm going to watch the final episode tonight, but reached the same conclusion I suspect. Actually had my suspicions some point before that particular moment I think you're on about. If so yes, some big holes with that one!

Was I being thick during that episode or was the dubbing/subtitles wrong. Players kept getting the gamble right (according to the dubbing) but then kept saying they'd lost? I was tired when I watched it mind.

We're probably talking about the same thing, yes. If something isn't explicitly shown on camera, then you have to doubt whether or not it actually happened.

As for the marbles games, I also lost concentration a bit, because it was fairly obvious from the start of that game who was going to survive and who wasn't. So I didn't get too bogged down in the minor details.
