Tried to get one last night in the South Stand and told I couldn't have one because I wasn't on the List , never happened before, anyone else have the same problem?
 
Lad behind the counter showed me a board with pages of names that were allowed a free drink,me and my sons name wasn't on it so we didn't get one, lad was quite apologetic tbh and said he wasn't sure what the reason was but the order came from above.
 
I noticed that "The List" was typed up, but had my name spelt incorrectly (which happened at the last home game when the lad wrote my details down). So i get the feeling that they are not working from the actual database, rather the typed up copy of the list from the previous game...

My brothers card worked for first match for free drink but hasnt since.left his name every match but not resolved.Been to stadium to talk about it.Ticket office said there is no reason for it not to work and they will notify catering staff.if it doesnt work next match we have to go to ticket office and they will issue a new season ticket.
 
I've had this issue this season. They seem to have sorted it now. Happened because we moved areas I think and got new cards. Wasn't activated properly.
