Is ordering three meals on expenses acceptable.

You can't sign these expenses off as the fact you are posting about it on here means you are questioning the validity of the claim.

If you sign them off now then you are compromising your own integrity.

Some good advice already been given on here. I'd say it's one for HR to sort. Bring it to their attention but advise them that she has not had the policy if that is the case. It's then down to HR to send out a refresher and to ensure all personnel have read and understand it.

If it was a one off then I might have let it go but you suggested it's a regular thing. You will end up having to explain why you have signed them off continually. Did you not get the policy either but are happy to sign off expenses? Exactly....
