I honestly think that was one of worst games of football I’ve ever seen

There haven't been too many games to shout about this season, but a win is a win, 3 points, just a shame our home form has let us down.

The ball didn't seem to run or bounce particularly well on that surface, that's for sure - and neither team seemed to want to keep the ball anywhere near the ground. Scrappy as anything, and not much technique on display. I love this league ❤️
 
Fantastic cross from McNair for the goal, however. The speed and dip he can get on the delivery is definitely reminiscent of De Bruyne.
 
It started surreally, watching sprinklers flood an already soaked pitch.
Then (on Sky red button at least) it looked like they were playing on a sheet of glass.
100mph head tennis followed by an awful goal.
Then a fantastic ball in by Paddy once again for our goal.
Then nothing.
Then a faintly hilarious tapped in one foot winner by George.

So happy with a win mind :)
 
Awful match but sometimes you have to win ugly.

It‘s this sort of result away at Coventry Brum on a shocking pitch that gives me hope of sneaking into the play offs. Good to see quality coming on off the bench as well.
 
Winning is a great feeling, and to come from 1-0 down as well.

I’ll feel a lot better tomorrow than I did after, for example, that exhilarating 3-3 opening day draw at Luton.
