I definitely wouldn't want to see any 'go under' purely due to job cuts. These times are bad enough and unpredictable
That said I currently have nothing but pure hatred for SSE. I had a smart meter fitted in August and its still not sending readings to them. I've sp*nked over £30 in phone calls and 5 emails (4 not answered) and still not working. It's basically a kitchen 'orniment'.....think I'm going off on a tangent
So maybe can the person directly responsible for not sorting this issue. So far it's upto roughly 6
That’s shocking. Do you get a good mobile signal where you are? If so tell them you need MOP (meter operator) to do a D5 (SIM card swap). (SMET2 meters work like your mobile). One question though..how have you spent £30+ on calls as the customer service number should be free phone.
