Wornock and Boro made for each other.

He does seem to be a bit only here 1 year sometimes which is a worry. Might be the last time i go there type of thing. This year really is about twisting things rather than a full turn around. Hope its 2 at least.
 
I don't see the 1 year been an issue. He's 71 and probably deserves to take it a year at a time. I think he will stick around as long as we keep progressing and more so he's enjoying it (he seems to be).

I think if he starts getting stick or simply not enjoying it he will call it a day. I guess short contracts suit both parties and so pay offs etc. I imagine he's on a decent wage.

I think he's come in and changed the culture and mentality with in the squad. He's the perfect manager at the right time (although arguably 5-6 years late).

I think as long as things are progressing along nicely then Warnock and his 'lieutenants' will stick around👍. If nothing else he will leave us in a better position than he joined.
 
I imagine when he does retire he will hand over the keys to the office to his current coaching staff.
And Gibbo will take that all day.

Nobody to sack......or recruit...
