Do we currently have a government?

After the embarrassing performances today, no issues except Covid being on the agenda, Gove hiding in Brussels , Boris acting like a child, zero control or direction , this is a shambles beyond parody.

Agree, I am sure this is why Spitting Image was slightly delayed, apparently the producers thought it had actually aired on the BBC Parliament channel instead of Britbox

Johnson is in danger of going down as the most incompetent PM this country has ever had, it’s becoming painful and embarrassing just watching him.

Simple answer No.
No government, no real opposition (can't blame Starmer for letting the Tories hang themselves I guess), barely anyone even turning up to parliament. Worst of all no serious journalism.

It's sad that the vast array of issues we face including brexit get essentially 0 air time and all we get is fear fear fear whilst we hurtle towards becoming a failed state. Would anyone dare bet what the heck will be going on in 6 months when the reality hits, unemployment is going to be outrageous as it is, brexit will make it far worse and then the final nail will be automation.

Might start learning how to hunt rabbits. 🙈

You should read John Crace or Marina Hyde in the Guardian if you want a laugh while ripping the government to shreds. There's also plenty of serious journalism in various blogs.

The worst government in living memory and iam getting on.
Shame on those who give him so much power when he warning signs about what sort of person he was have been there for the last 10 years.
Still brexit means brexit

Not all were fools, that's ridiculous. But I have been here before, the opposition decided to tell 52% of the population mainly in Labour heartlands that their opinion was irrelevant, the London inner circle knew better.

It's so ironic that the people you call fools were not fools when they voted Labour all their lifes.

2 milion people voted for the Tories in 2019 who had never voted before (not 18-21s)
