I felt a little sad when I saw him on the stream, sat outside the subs area. Looked disjointed from the decision making processes.
 
I really don't know. Seems like a great man though. Obviously we don't know what's really happening but I would love to see him doing more than what he appears to be doing at the moment.
He's gone from an active role to one where it seems like he's just there out of pity.

He was kept on by Warnock when others were binned. So he must have some role.

Didn't Warnock say something about how detailed Leo is at getting instructions accross or something like that? I doubt Warnock would keep him on just for 'jobs sake'.

Seems a great fella but clearly has no role in Warnock's inner circle and looks lost, like he's being kept on out of sympathy.

As for Rob's quote - "But if you look at it long term could be there will be a different setup next season." - Yes there may well be a new manager next season but why would anyone want to keep on someone who seemingly has no role or involvement when, like Warnock, he'll want to bring in his own people?
