Warnock can’t rate Coulson

Warnock doesn't see Coulson as a left back. He sees him as an attacking player. I have him taped saying that to press reporters on a pre-match press conference during lockdown.

Yeah, as a wing back. That's attacking isn't it? More attacking than defender coz we don't have a left sided player who can defend.
 
Am I right in saying the only game Coulson has started in whilst Warnock's been here was Hull away, and he played on the wing?

I've found it surprising really that he hasn't given him more opportunities. He's saying he doesn't see him as a left-back but he hasn't actually seen him playing in that role, although I appreciate he may be basing that on what he's seen in training.

That’s correct and it was First time he had Coulson available. Hasn’t been seen since really
 
Hes still a bit raw but he has that ability to go past players which is priceless. It's not just pace either, he has a trick or two in him.

Final ball and decision making still need working on but they did with Traore and look at him now. Johnson is probably ahead of him at the minute just because he's more experienced and therefore his positioning and decision making is better. Two things that can easily be worked on.
