Are lying.
You are only supposed to ask for a test if you have symptoms.

Hmmm
Apparently you fill a form in and you confirm (or not) you have symptoms.
If you say ‘no’ why give a test?
If you say ‘yes’ how does he know they are lying?

Deflect, deflect, deflect, blame others and don’t accept any responsibility in the slightest.

According to official figures we still have the capacity to increase testing by 50%, so what's the problem?

We currently have the capacity to test ~380,000 people daily.

Sadly labs only have the capability to process half that number of tests.

It’s another shambles.

We have sales and marketing type people in key government positions, they have no idea how to do anything but speak in a posh accent and try to sound as if they are in control.

They wouldn’t know how to deliver a takeaway pizza.

Probably because those 25% we're all addressed to Matt Hancock.

From the BBC Website

'Random testing in neighbourhoods has also started in hotspot areas, with people offered tests even if they don't have symptoms.'
These must be the 25% he was talking about.

Shows you the brass nerve he has to pull a statistic like that straight from his behind. Unqualified simpleton.
