I don’t get why Carrick didn’t give Muniz a chance, even from the bench. He’s showing now what a good player he is, and we’d scouted him and tried to sign him on a permanent deal. His loan fee and wages won’t have been cheap so just didn’t make sense. We were playing well last season but there’s times where we were crying out for another striker but he rarely got a look in.
I think when we got Archer they would have sent munuz back but he was injured over the window so they couldn't arrange another loan. Then when he got fit we had six loanees and couldn't put then all in the march day squad. Steffen, Giles, Archer, Ramsey, Mowatt, Muniz.
