Back to 4-2-3-1

I liked the 3 at the back. It helped protect the full backs. They were still getting beaten too easily but have the extra CB made it tougher for Leicester to capitalise.

About what I expected tbf, didn't expect LL to start and whilst Dieng still doesn't start he clearly needs to sit on the bench for a few games to get up to full fitness or something.

I'll take it.

Why cant the club put it out like that instead of stupid numerical order. it was OK when we numbered 1 -11, but this is farcical every week.

Surely Forss plays up front and silvera on the right. Squares pegs in round holes and all that.
Will see. But history tells us Carrick prefers Forss on the right, and Silvera did pretty well up front last week.

I reckon Forss will be on the right.

Don't see us keeping a clean sheet.
We've only kept about 3 or 4 all season haven't we. And it feels like ages since we kept one. I guess we kept one against Chelsea but was the last one West Brom in the league?

On the plus side we seem to hit the back of the net every game, we just need to do it at least twice to get a win which we find much harder

Happy with that team bar the keeper. No Greenwood -relief! Key thing is how the new midfield is now we have to take the game to them. Time to step up Barlaser/O'Brien. McGree vital today.

Hasn't Carrick said that glover is in the team on merit?
I heard that, but this merit must be on the training pitch if so, either that or Dieng is complete vvank in practice.

Not saying Glover is a crap keeper, he's a decent back up. But inferior to Dieng in most regards, going on what I've seen in games this season.
