After a plucky 0-0 draw away at non-league Wimbledon 1st Division Boro gloriously thrashed them 1-0 back on Teesside with a 90th minute (I think) David Armstrong penalty

In The Guardian today

I was at Plough Lane for that match.... "plough" is very apt iirc

I was also at Plough Lane for that game…I remember it as a Sunday lunchtime but I’m probably going nuts in my old age!
