Have watched the Free footage many many times. Just outstanding.
It was. 150 to 250k people which was unreal in those days. I'd been to a concert where 20 turned up the week before. Epic journey hitching there and back. No map and no idea where it was except south. 100k people trying to hitch from the place was something else. Fortunately the ferry was free as had run out of money days before!
