Reading more about the Sheffield Wednesday case and this guy Chansiri. It turns out they have a number of sponsors which are companies set up by the owner which have no turnover - including their shirt sponsor! Another sponsor is a taxi firm which has no taxis and a third sponsor an energy drinks company with just £53 turnover ,- surely they must be automatically relegated !! More flagrant bending of the rules I have never seen.

In those days that was legitimate funding - before the Football League imposed financial restrictions, the restrictions that Derby and Wednesday have been shown to be abusing with such gay abandon.
 
They need to make a big statement to stop the kind of blatent rule breaking shown by Sheff Wed and Derby.

What they have done is fraud, and no club should be ever of the mindset to try this again.

Its not like a club falling into administration after struggling with debts, which is a 12 point deduction, this is much worse as it is an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over every other club.

From what I've read about this, Sheff Wed should be demoted to League 2 and Derby League 1. A points deduction is not enough.
