I did it 13 yrs ago. You had to go to a group meeting twice a week to discuss your smoking addiction and to encourage each other. Suggestions were made as to what would help you stop (e.g. patches, hypnosis, champix. etc). I went with Champix which worked for me. When you had "started stopping"...
