4 hat tricks in 32 games and averages a goal every 79 minutes. Getting two hat tricks in two games was very very unlikely. Especially since their last game is against a decent team. He'll be 100% for the Euros I'm sure of that.

Isn't he 6 goals off beating the scoring record? That was never going to happen. I think he knows seeing out the season wasn't worth the risk given his ankle problems. There weren't any indications of a back injury in the semi-final, he just looked fatigued.

They have absolutely nothing to play for in their last game. Nothing wrong with him, he's having a rest, taking no risks and getting ready for the Euros!

Theres a lot of people referring to him 'clearly not being fit', I'm not so sure thats the case, I just think thats his level. Hes very slow, not particularly strong for his size and doesn't have a good touch. Nice lad though but he was best used as a super sub.

I have faith in Lathe, if he gets a run of games he'll do well and I think thats maybe why we dont seem as desperate as some think we should be. I'm hoping it's also a sign that hes close to a return from injury, have we had a recent update?
