i have in the last 12 months cut out caffeine altogether. That has seen a remarkable decrease in my BP readings. My average at 50 year old and not fit is down to 120/69 so compared to last years average on caffeine at 130/73 it might be something to consider if you have not already.

If able and not distracted I plan on seeing at these. (Subject to change! Due to beer and friends clashes) Brodie Milner, Weathership, Hannah Robinson, The Chase, Polyvinyl (excellent), Reignmaker, Moon Wax, Megan Wyn, Lilacs and CVC (really like these)

White coat syndrome is real. I am on meds for mine and when i check at home it averages 125/70 ish. In Docs always higher. Keep an eye check at home and if you need meds try and adjust lifestyle also..
