    I rang and was on hold for about 20 minutes when they answered they then said my shirt was ready to collect. i went along (Without the second confirmation email) and they just pop next door into the club shop to pick up the shirt. however, there was absolutely no queue at either the club...

    I ordered mine on Click and collect yesterday morning at 10:05, not had the confirmation email so calling the club shop now, currently been number 8 in the queue for the last 12 minutes!
