I'll take your informed word for it - but it isn't. Sell on clauses change and expire. They just do.

Lol - never said I was an expert. Although I know a person who is. And I know a person who scouted a top division player and took a cut on his first transfer move. You have no idea what the Max Kilman clause would be - honestly just because there was a clause in that contract doesn't mean every...

Obviously I'm dealing with an expert in contract law - sell on clauses if there is one tend to change when new contracts are signed.

I very much doubt it is irrelevant - his new contract will partly determine his next transfer fee because he will have a longer contract. So if Bournemouth sell him now based on the new contract - it is very likely the fee would be greater than if he was still contracted by the initial contract...

I would have thought not - he also signed an improved contract with Bournemouth in 2023 - so he has a different contract

He's a very good footballer, I would hope for him that he gets an upward move rather than West Ham.

Everton in for Hackney - Sky Sports

The missing piece we don't really get from PL is that the likes of Palace and Forest are likely to wait and see how their own ranks are savaged by the elite leeches before they look to buy...... It's probably fine quiet cos some clubs might have stellar players to replace. It's more than...

    Superinjunction lifted

Anyone mildly interested in this may want to listen to the bonus Newsagents podcast yesterday from Lewis Goodall who was the initial journalist taken to the RCJ by the MOD - where the judge (not the government) suggested to the government's KC - they may consider requesting a super injunction to...

6 years 8 months for killing someone

If you read the other thread about the tree..... The experts on here seem to think the tree sentence was fair and proportionate and to compare sentences for different crimes is..... Apples and pears! The reality is whether we like it or not - prisons are bursting. The fundamental purpose of...

It's 16 not 26 It's a little sneaky cos the maths convention is to follow BODMAS - so the calculation is separated because it's has more than one different operation in the problem - ie plus and multiplication. You multiply the 3 by the 2 and then add the 10 - so the answer is 16.

    ENG v IND 3rd test

I'm setting this guy up to fail - but Dawson is a proper batter..... He has 18 first class centuries..... Sending him to open would be very Bazball..... But not as Bazball as NOT DROPPING Crawley!!!!

    ENG v IND 3rd test

I'm not sure Bashir would have lost his place. He's been Stokes' project for two years - I still think he would have gone. It's sometimes harder to get out of this team, than it is - to get in..... Crawley is the other example. There is a chance - he loses his place in the team...... Dawson is...

    ENG v IND 3rd test

Liam Dawson picked - right call for me. He's probably the best orthodox spinner in County Cricket. He performs consistently and takes wickets across all formats. It is nuts he hasn't played test cricket for years. Not only that - he has 18 first class centuries and averages 35 in red ball...
