Very pleased to see Uber coming to this area, at last.
Competition is always healthy for the customer and I think very few people will be sorry to see Boro Taxis lose their stranglehold.
Glad to see this aid freed up but I think in reality it will serve only to maintain the stalemate status quo in Ukraine.
All the while this is costing thousands of lives and billions of pounds…..
Early days but it’s looking like a limited response from Israel which Iran has accepted.
If so this this looks like a big win for Western diplomacy.
Not the end of the story of course, this has been going on for years.
I’m not sure how much more successful they would have been without the advance warning.
Drones take so long to get there and both Israel and the USA will be watching Iran very closely for any sign of missile strikes.
I don’t think last night’s activity has worked out all well for Iran.
The drone and missile strikes were spectacularly unsuccessful and served only to ally arab nations in support of Israel.
As a consequence Iran themselves will probably be hit by Israel, I don’t think it will be immediate but...
Biden has said the USA will not participate in any retaliatory strike on Iran, not that they will refuse to help Israel defend against any future attacks.
A very impressive effort from Israel and supporting nations to neutralise so many airborne threats.
No reports of any fatalities.
Some got through but I think that was inevitable.
I fear there will be further hits though as Israel are likely to retaliate and ratchet it up again.
Iran are now saying that’s it unless Israel attack them.
I really wouldn’t rule it out…..
America estimate 85% of drones and missiles may get through.
The level of damage will determine the level of response.
This is a real worry
An attack through Hezbolah in the north would not have ratcheted things up so much but from Iran…..
Let’s see what Israel’s response looks like.
