Sat there for a number of years when son was younger, however on account of it being absolutely rubbish we moved to the south last season for a bit of atmosphere
Heard they've had to take a rather sizeable loan to keep paying their ridiculous wage bill. A football club at that level should be ran in a sustainable way, not just hoping the bloke with loads of money doesn't get bored, which is what appears to have happened
Their wage bill is absolutely ridiculous for the northern league.
Difficult to have any sympathy for them, living well beyond their means. They learnt nothing from the Marske situation
Yesterday stewards were stopping any young lads from going into the south unless accompanied by an adult, never seen that before. These were kids about 13/14, I struggle to see what the issue is with that
If Stockton keep going the way they are and continue to climb through the leagues, their current ground will very soon hold them back. Wonder if they could even get promoted again with their current set up
So click and collect doesn't actually mean that. It means we'll take your money, not tell you anything and you might get a shirt in the future, despite on ordering it saying in stock. So confusing
Currently sat in a long phone queue after doing click and collect as no confirmation email but money taken. Does anyone know if you can take order number down to the ground to pick up the kit?
How is it nonsense, the board had to stand down due to pressure from social media and online comments. Comments that were only based on one side of the story
I'd like to think that some of the people who have commented and abused this man and the decision made without knowing the facts would apologise. But of course not social media and online comments are an absolute free for all without regard for the person on the other end.
Trevor and the rest...
Very interesting if true. I thought I'd read Marske had formally applied to the leagues to be reinstated and they were awaiting the outcome of where they will be placed?
