I'd expect that batch of tickets that was released this morning are ones that were probably put aside for friends/family/guests. Happens all the time with gigs.
What a clown. It's not even much of an issue. You could ask 100 people in Redcar for ways to improve the place and i'd be surprised if a single person mentioned the level crossing/s.

No relatives around to help out a bit with the childcare? You're allowed informal/unpaid childcare even during this lockdown. Even if someone could take the eldest for a bit now and then it'd make a big difference.
