This incident happened just in front of me. The ball was a good 12 inches over the line. The lines man was at 5 yards behind the play. By the time he had reached the corner flag the keeper had dragged it back into play.. Refs view was probably obscured by the keeper and other players.

I was at that game. Couldn't move in the "away end" behind the goal. Whole end went mental scored the winner. Great journey home.
