That Liam Gallagher sings backing vocals on Nothing lasts Forever by Echo and the Bunnymen

I was at a Bunnymen gig about 15 years ago and I swear that Ian McCulloch said that Nothing Lasts Forever is about the demise of his beloved Liverpool football club just before they played the song.

It's worth noting that I was very drunk that night and may have actually dreamt the whole thing.

Went to see MCulloch at the Sage a few year back and he stormed off stage after 20 minutes after a bit of heckling from a drunken eejit in the audience.
