I don't feel like Netherlands side is that strong, looking at it on paper. Would be nice to see a draw/upset here. Although I don't especially want them in the next round when weaker sides could be on offer.

No, the Dutch used to use Holland in English too, but completely phased it out at official levels in 2019.
