Riverside Stadium not allowed as an answer.

Can be a public place, a bar/restaurant, your house if you like!

I think mine is Albert Park. Love running around there, find it very peaceful and the path from the lake at the bottom up to the fountain with the overhanging trees is beautiful, especially at this time of year.

as an outsider, mine is the industrial walk from newport bridge, along the tees, vulcan street to the transporter. history, river, views - wots not to like.
Yep, same here. All along the blackened old river staithes of the Ironmasters district.

Apart from match days I very rarely go into Middlesbrough, living in Normanby, we tend to go to Redcar these days or Teesside Park but regards the park, I much prefer Stewart’s Park to Albert Park to be honest.

a close second used to be the inside of dr.phils, after a 314 mile drive.

I do love the little viewing area of the Transporter Bridge, just to the left of the office.. looks class from there. Sometimes stop there for a bit if I'm out on my bike.

For me its places i played football as a kid (if we cant use boro grounds) such as hall drive & sandy flatts.
other side of the river it has to be the blue lagoon at seaton

Stewart Park followed by Albert Park and also Ayresome Park when it was there. I like parks I do.

Those houses and that old Bank(?) would be at home anywhere.

My office used to be in there.. Boho Four. It was recently purchased by Steven Black, owner of GB Bank, which has just launched and is HQ'd in Middlesbrough.

He's also recently bought what was Wickers World underneath Albert Bridge (currently being renovated).

They would fit into any leafy suburb or in places like London. I bet they would be worth a few quid if they were!

Those terraced houses on the left could be absolutely amazing.

There are 5 in a row after PD Ports' HQ and I believe (someone on here may know more) that the 5 terraced houses were purchased by Mike Ashley.. all 5 for a million quid.

Flannels, one of his retail businesses, has their registered office as there.

You're right... pick that row up and plonk it in a leafy London suburb and you're looking at £7m each probably.
