File is too large to upload, but I’m sure we’ve all been subject to these manga-style adverts. I appreciate the site needs to be funded. But surely admin have some control over the content?
I know Glover-Elbow has been an excellent job highlighting this, but as users we need to act.

Send me it - I need it in context to be able to get it deleted. I haven't seen any myself and the only way to delete them is if you can send me one where I can grab all the details. The screen grabs above didn't help me.

Is there another way to send a screen grab? Message is that the file is too large to upload. Thx.

as an example, 2 friends of mine retired schoolteachers have moved to France and bought a place in the country down near Bordeaux - so yesterday i did a house search around the same region to see what the geography and environment was like - today on here i have been getting adverts for homes for sale in France.​

previously I've searched for non-stick pans so i can have a go at making Spanish Tortilla - afterwards i got adverts for kitchen utensils/pans

its always been like that for me - the adverts reflect what my previous searches have been - that's why i don't have a problem or issue with the advertising on this site

They can be if you've opted into customised ads but most are just aimed at the expected demographics of the site

Click an ad in the corner and click why am I seeing this ad and it'll say why. Each site has a profile of users. If you aren't opted into customised accounts you'll just get general ones.

Two points: 1) I have opted out of all targeted ads, and 2) I don’t frequent porn sites. I’m guessing they must still analyse the meta data as I do have some correspondence with Japan.
 
We need a link to the cartoon adverts to block them. Been trying with those little jpgs you sent over but need a url for them to trace them.

Ok Admin. They’ve stopped temporarily, but will send you the url to which the ads take you. You won’t see the actual ad, of course.
Couldn’t get on with imgur…
