Not at all, I'm not in a business with any of those things, they are social constructs imposed on me.
That is very different to a contract you have with your employer and the agreed standards of behaviour that come with it, in this case listening to the manager, and trying to build a team spirit not harm it.
The only one above I agree with and think might have a relation to this is "Respect your boss". If you don't respect them, raise a HR issue, if that doesn't change thing find a different employer and boss. Tell him, respectfully why you are leaving, and tell your bosses boss, but leave the childish emotion out of it, give the facts and walk away.
If Djed did that instead of screaming matches, and then twitter spats, then I might accept Djed isn't at fault, but he clearly is. Warnock may have misused him, but in reality, the issue is likely rooted in a personality clash. There should only be one winner if that can't be resolved, you can't have players undermining the manager.
As for those others, wider society, of course respect has to be earned and I clearly have zero respect for Royals that I didn't vote for, a PM that doesn't abide by the laws and agreed standards of behaviour, and shags his mistress while his wife gets chemo, I don't respect a government that transfers wealth to the rich, I don't respect a minority of police officers, including the ex- head of the Met, and I don't respcet someone simply because they didn't die young because that would imply that those who died young are somehow less deserving of respect for failing to survive cancer or a car accident. I approach every person with a certain level of respect, then assess if that should be removed. Starting with a lack of respect and then just giving it out when someone proves it is a pretty bitter view of humanity.
