I agree although I'd like to see the kids kits a lot cheaper mind, particularly in the current climate.

If an adult wants to blow £50 on a new shirt every year that's up to them. I'm sure adults can do without if they genuinely can't afford it.

For kids though it's harsh if all your mates have the new kit and you don't. You're basically saying kids from poorer families can't have one or you're pushing their parents into spending on one when they probably need the money for more important things.

Longer term kids are your supporters (or to be cynical customers) of the future. Up to a certain age what kit you have as a kid can have a fair bit of influence on who you support.

Would be great if the kids shirts were affordable for pretty much all families and you saw them absolutely everywhere you went on teesside.
I’ve thought for years that the Boro should do what Atalanta do and send every newborn baby in the Teesside area a Boro home shirt to mark their birth. I think it’s such a brilliant idea.

I definitely wouldn’t of been excited by that shade of purple . Dark purple would be better maybe with a bit of yellow but we don’t really know if it’s actually Gona be purple yet so we 😂😂

I don't overly care what the design is...

The real question for us blokes in our 40s is the 'fit'. I'm packing some little love handles and moobs. Do I need to get on a treadmill? 😂

Jokes aside I've not bought a new one for a few years. Just bust out on my my many retro ones. Although some of them are massive. The 00s definitely weren't a close fit.

I never wear them personally, I buy one now and again after I’ve missed a good few seasons . My nephew could do with the one they brought in dangling from an helicopter for Jamie pollock

Wouldn't mind that colour for the away, tbh.

I don't think I'm going to like the collar on these shirts though, if those photos are hints at the actual kit.
