What's your OCD habit

With the current pandemic, washing hands 10x a day doesn't count :sneaky:

I can't pass by a pair of shoes at wonky angle, they have to be placed as if somebody's feet are in them :censored:

The lockdown has made OCD fashionable I'd say.
I too like an even number on the volume, won't buy cans in odd numbers (beans and the like), can't stand a badly stacked sink while washing up, the list goes on.

I still salute the single Magpies 🥴

I always say "good morning mr magpie, how's the family?" when I see the first of the day

Checking doors are locked is a thing as well, try the handle 3 times

Agree with volume on even numbers too

Always trim off blister packs too

I'm quite relieved there are others with the (exact) same habits, I genuinely thought it was just me!

Always have to cut the plastic from a 4 pack of cans as well so there are no complete 'rings' left

Albums stored in alphabetical order by artist (ignoring any "The" in the band's name) then by release date

Ditto books by Author's surname, then date of publishing

All email inboxes (personal and work) have to be empty at the end of the day (deleted, or in an appropriate folder)

God, I could go on ...... :(

Yep I’m exactly the same with my LPs, CDs, singles and books. Cutlery drawer has to have all the utensils facing the same way, pants have to be stacked on top of one another in the drawer neatly, food always has to be in the same place in the fridge, tools have an allotted place in the garage and shed. It just makes life so much easier.

The cutlery in the draw MUST have the forks stored in the compartment on the left and the knives to their right, as they would be if laid out on the table either side of the plate.
