Ikpeazu, Hernandez, JLS, Browne

Uche Ikpeazu - an absolute beast, he won't be short of suitors in the championship. doesn't fit Wilders style of play
I've heard talk of Millwall but I think Reading will be pulling at the heartstrings (former Reading academy player)

Onel Hernandez - he's an absolute pleasure to watch.. he's not a wing back tho, again he wont be sort of clubs wanting him
QPR are currently sitting 5th and with talk of Albert Adomah moving this window I'm guessing this could be the one for Onel

James Lea Siliki - hasn't really happened for him here has it, looked promising on the youtubes.. more of a continental pace perhaps?
Using the 'Fletcher Hypothesis' I calculate that Watford is the most likely club for him to join on loan.

Marcus Browne - GUTTED, ABSOLUTLEY GUTTED! NOOOOO MARCUS NOOOOOOOO! Nigh on impossible task to come back from injury, break into a side with more established players. This kid is an absolute gem of a player, some shrew manager will get an absolute deelio on this one. Strikes me as a Mowbray type of signing.
Not surprisingly Oxford fans are screaming out for him.. he's better than that. Blackpool have made some shrewd moves! Browne for Blackpool?
Browne for Sheffield United, it looks like.

Reading could be a shout for ikpeazu if Carroll leaves after tomorrow

Wilder has said Browne is in talks for a permanent move.
I suppose it will at least provide us with a bit of money.

That's a shame, never happened for him here.

Not sure what a club would be prepared to pay for him given his injury record since he came here.

Shame about Browne, feel that we could regret that once he gets a good run of games in a side. Cant disagree with the rest, all good players but not what we need at this stage. Should free up a fair bit of money for the signings we have already made

I just continue to find Wilder's approach impressive and refreshing.
He is choosing his squad to play his formation and staking his reputation on that.
He's also doing the dirty work of honestly and respectfully moving players on that don't fit his style of play, or who he thinks aren't good enough, or aren't worth the money.

I genuinely think he is a class act.
Even if his style of play doesn't get us up, I will have total respect for how he has communicated and handles his players.
I just happen to think he will get us up too.

Agree with everything. I love his confidence in his style of play and if the a particular player doesn’t fit into that they will be gone and he will sign someone who does. Ruthless but that’s how footballers like to be treated. I bet Uche and Hernandez respect his honesty and are appreciative the club will be helping them find the right moves for their careers. A class act like you say who will hopefully get us up.

I like Uche and Hernandez but they don't fit our system at all. Would have been better to see them under one of our previous managers like Pulis. They are both more suitable than some of the players we had at that time for that way of playing. I like that Wilder is getting rid of those that don't fit and not trying to force square pegs into round holes.

As long as he was honest with the players up front before speaking to the press about them then I can't see them having too much of an issue with it either. We're not going to hold clubs to ransom to get them deals either. In our interests to get rid of them as soon as possible to make way for others. JLS is obviously just not good enough. Think it was the 1st or 2nd game he played where we just didn't track back when someone broke through the middle to score and I knew then he wasn't going to cut it. Browne has just been unlucky with injuries. Needs to get out and play somewhere but he also doesn't really fit Wilder's system.

Mentioned "Riley coming into the group" has this been confirmed then?
Think it's all but done. He said he hoped he'd be available for tomorrow.

Nothing official announced so probably run out of time. Also not sure what paper work an Australian needs. I think it's usually by 1200 to play on the sat (although could have gone through hours ago).
