Chav Boro supporters

It's not just Boro fans. You see it every week on away days.

I would argue we ain't anywhere near the 'worst'. I don't think we will ever see anything like the 80s yet football disorder is definitely on the rise at all clubs. Just look at spurs v West ham mid week.

The Stewards aren't all bad. They took pints of a group of lads sat in the South West Corner. Yesterday clearly had a lot of people who don't attend regularly. I was surprised at how many couldn't work out where their seat was.

As ever though, I struggle to understand why people head for the concourse with 10 minutes left in the first half. Then leave with 5 minutes left in the game. Why bloody attend if a pint is that important!

As for the scrote running from North to South. Plenty around where I was called him an idiot and hoped he'd be identified and banned. It was a stupid pointless thing to do.

It doesn’t help when you get people like Jamie Carragher publicly praising the kids who do it especially the one at Liverpool recently.

The lad who ran the full length did it just as Jones was walking past the north-west corner, I noticed stewards were trying to stop young lads going up to shake his hand etc but were nowhere to be seen when someone jumps the barriers.

Yesterday’s match was MINT! Great atmosphere, great football, great result, GREAT FANS!! Superb UTB!

‘Danny Further’ lol I bet that wasn’t his name. Lumley dealt with the over excited kid well, settled him down and got him off the pitch. It’s not as if we’ve never had a pitch invader before, it normally happens at big occasions and yesterday was a big occasion.

By the sounds of all the hype, panic and outrage, I was obviously at a different game.
If the picture painted is true, there needs to be a RN Destroyer stationed by Middlesbrough Dock - guns trained, prepped and ready. A fully equipped platoon of Royal Marines, a sniper on top of each stand and a spotter - embeded in the crowd, to call in cover from the RAF whilst using RPG`s to soften-up spectators.
Dont forget the water cannon outside the Ayresome Gates.
That would stop the 14 year olds wouldnt it?

He has been identified alright the little d1ck head has posted videos of himself on Facebook bragging about how class he is and how the 2 year ban is absolutely worth it.

Some Chavvy little scrote from Redcar called Callum Hunter.

The thing is r00fie1 these little chavs who ran on the pitch were encouraged to do so by their parents.
They also decide they were going to give the on-pitch steward the 'come on then' gesture, both hands outstretched.

I don’t think it’s just the boro, think it’s all over. But yeah, real nasty plague of people. Shameful. Club should really act.

Just saw it there, open Facebook profile, loves himself and all his little chav mates are congratulating him for doing it.

Embarassing behaviour.
I don't mind people running on the pitch to celebrate when we've won, but it's pathetic to do it just for attention in the middle of a game.

Have noticed more than ever this season a large following of young lads at away games who haven’t gone to watch the match but view it as a thing to go and cause a nuisance to put it politely. It’s an issue.

For me, it is the loathing of people who cannot follow simple rules or expectations. People who only consider themselves and don't issue any time or thought for others or the possible wider consequences of their actions. People with an unjustified level of arrogance who believe rules don't apply to them. The cult of the 'boyo' or 'lad' - tragic figures of masculinity who are so adrift in a changing world they think they can do what they want and only gain empowerment from hanging around with younger kids.

The working class, people who work hard in key jobs, have none of these hideous attributes.

I don’t see anyone loathing working class fans I see Boro fans loathing a few chavs that will cost the club money in fines.

you appear to be conflating chav and working class, which are not one in the same.

There was a book maybe a decade ago that equated the use of the word "chav" to a hatred of the working class.

I couldn't agree with it as I heard the word "chav" almost entirely used BY the working class to distinguish between themselves and loutish behaviour of others.

In addition yesterday, I did notice some booing of the taking in the knee for the first time since Bristol City. I'd thought that debate had been put to bed. I'd rather have empty seats than that sort of fan back
